Building better conversations with AI

Challenge

Analysts struggled to adopt the AI-powered tool because its complexity made it hard to integrate to daily routines.  By designing new features that simplified the technical functions into intuitive interactions, I opened the product to a wider audience, lowering barriers to adoption and boosting user trust.

Results

Greater adoption across the business — Lowered adoption barriers for non-technical users, reducing training needs and encouraging more scalability

Building more trust with users — Empowered analysts to incorporate the tool into their daily workflows confidently, making the tool approachable and dependable.

My role

Sole designer collaborating with the Lead & Junior Developers, with input from VP. I owned the end-to-end design process of the new features in conjunction with feedback from the Design Manager through reviews.
